Our values: Active customer proximity, responsibility, trust, courage and enthusiasm are the central basis of our management and corporate culture. They support us on our path to become the best automotive financial services provider until 2025 as part of our strategy. The attitude of our employees to always be seeking improvements and therefore actively implementing accompanying amendments is connected to this.

Customer proximity

We do not just want to talk about our customers, but rather talk to them. We see every contact with our customers as an opportunity. That's why we seek direct contact with you and actively ask for feedback.
 

Responsibility

Success is always a team effort, to which each of us makes an important contribution every day. Successful work also requires everyone to take personal responsibility for their topics and their work results. Managers actively assume their leadership responsibility and fulfill their role model function.

 

Trust

Trust is the basis for our daily cooperation. Trust can only arise in dialogue. That's why it's important for us to be open and honest with each other. For decisions, the principle of "competence before hierarchy" applies. Important is a direct feedback with clear messages.
 

Courage

Courage is a prerequisite for developing and implementing new ideas. To remain an innovation leader in the industry, we need courage. Courageous action means actively promoting change and taking appropriate risks.
 

Enthusiasm

Our corporate and social responsibility

Not every child is given preferential treatment by fate. Therefore we stand up for socially disadvantaged children in our company’s own “Stiftung – Unsere Kinder in Braunschweig” (Foundation - our children in Braunschweig) with different projects. The foundation promotes knowledge about a healthy diet by financing a healthy breakfast in primary school and nursery school.
